Friday Roundup #29-19

Today’s update comes from France. We arrived this afternoon and had a few hours walking around the town and down on the beach which is lovely and sandy. It’s a pleasant 22C here and drier than back home.

As I had started to believe, I would not get the blanket completed in time.  I only have 2 1/2 rows to do.  But I was not going to drag a blanket to France.  I have my yarn and hooks and the patterns are n my iPad.

I’ll give you a better update in a day or two once settled in our gite for the week. Until then, enjoy the weekend.

A guy in to craft, mainly yarn-based crochet, weaving and some basic knitting. I love mixing colours, trying new patterns and stitches. I will also try different crafts such as stone carving, stained glass making, fused glass and leatherwork. I can think of nothing better than being able to say ‘I made this!’ Even if it’s not perfect.
