A visit to Naturospace in Honfleur was delightful. Seeing these lovely creatures and to be in the midst of them as they flutter around on crazy flight paths is wonderful.
I wrote a haiku summing up my visit.

I felt lucky to have two land on my shoulder. According to some spiritual references online…

Of course, it could just have been having a rest. The above view no doubt comes from the process of change or transformation butterflies go though from caterpillar to winged insect.

It was challenging to get some video of the butterflies in flight, but what I did get, I have edited together. Apologies if the camera movement makes you a little dizzy.
If you ever get to visit Honfleur, Naturospace is a fascinating diversion.

Hook This, Weave That 
Spectacular butterflies! Some of the tropical species are so brightly coloured they don’t look real. It’s some years since I visited a butterfly collection like this but it is fascinating to see.

They do, with great iridescence on the wings. Unfortunately only the blue came close. Would have liked to see some more. Probably have to go again 😆
