Here we are at Day 3. I am about 20 inches or so into this piece and now in the 3rd colour change. As I move through this pairing, I’ll come to the point where I need to switch them over; right to left, left to right. However, because I have staggered the change of colours on each side, I will have a short inch or two of single colour. And to maintain the doubling of warp, I’ll have to wind some from the centre of the ball to a shuttle. That probably makes no sense now that I read it.
This morning I finished the second colour and the light blue, and got an inch of the mid blue added on the left. And about 5 inches of the light purple in the right.
No early work on this tomorrow as I am off travelling for work, but I might just add a few inches before sleep.
