Flower of the Day Challenge

This is my flower of the day.  Buddleia.  I forget the variety, but I love the bright violet purple, with the orange eye contrasting with the silvery green/grey foliage. Plus the scent of honey.

Always happy when they are in flower, even though some can be a thug, but they spring back well from a hard pruning.

A guy in to craft, mainly yarn-based crochet, weaving and some basic knitting. I love mixing colours, trying new patterns and stitches. I will also try different crafts such as stone carving, stained glass making, fused glass and leatherwork. I can think of nothing better than being able to say ‘I made this!’ Even if it’s not perfect.
