Just a short post after a quick trip to the beach at Torcross. Clearly there had been a recent storm as there was shingle and pebbles on the road side. It had already suffered in the ‘Beast from the East’ storm with a section of the road being washed away, so it is impassable from after the Slapton turning.
This was my collection of storm deposits on the beach, along with a nice snap of thrift. Normally I see plenty of Horned Poppies and their bright yellow flowers, but nothing so far. The collection is a lovely mélange of beiges and browns; typical colours from the seaside.
